Mute button should default to previous mute selection

Having to always select Mute until.. gets old really fast. Dropdown is nice, but the primary action should be to repeat what was previously selected.

Before I make such a change, I'm curious to hear which action(s) you select most often?

@fwouts not op but I use mute until "next comment" most often as "any update" can get noisy. It's rare that I mute forever and I don't think I've ever used the 1-hour option if I think about it
