The names for properties and units should be harmonized with tespy

Right now, tespy uses slightly different names:

v -> volumetric flow, vol -> specific volume while v is specific volume in fluprodia

On top of that, the units in fluprodia come without spaces and in tespy with. And, the temperature units with the degree sign, in tespy using only the letter.

This should be changed on the fluprodia side of things to make seamless integration more easy.
