No live video
I have some of my cameras that are connected to the NVR in home assistant installed with HACS. I'm fairly new to HA so I am still trying to figure it all out.
The cameras I connected only show 3 entities even though I think there should be more.
When I access the feed from the dashboard or entity the live feed doesn't load. The snapshot does work though.
I don't know if I did something wrong but I am hoping to get some help with this.
Same here. Model 811A connected to NVR, onvif enabled, and it seems no matter which options I choose under Configure I get this same blank view when I click on the camera. I get additional entities though with also having sensors for "Person detected", "Pet detected" and "Vehicle detected". The logbook updates and shows when motion has been detected so there's clearly a connection to the camera, but the video feed doesn't work.

another edit: this appears to work by only changing the Configure settings on the integration to rtsp, sub, and h264. No changes to the camera or nvr, other than making sure onvif was enabled via the nvr (not sure if required, I had it enabled previously).
i have the same issue with my 510WA. the main difference is that it used to worked and i recently updated the homeassistant core and now clicking on it won't work anymore but it did before!
i had these settings:
changing it to any other combination did not help at all
I was able to fix this on the 510WA by logging into the web interface for my cameras, going to Network Settings > Advanced > Port Settings and turning on RTMP, HTTP, HTTPS, RTSP, ONVIF. In my case these must have been switched off when I upgraded the firmware.
Hi There, Ich have exactly the same Issue here. I have an Reolink NVA RLN8-410 with 4 RLC-810A Cameras.
I added the cameras to my Home Assistant (first with all the standard settings) and I got only 3 eitity on every camara. Shouldn't there be more? (Person and vehicle detection?).
When I add the camaras to my Dashboard, there is a Picture updated every 10 Seconds.
When I click on it, the Live Video does not work (Browser and Android app):
I played with the settings in HA reolink_dev (H264/H265 ... rtmp / rtsp) ... but nothing changed. I also changed the Resolution to 2560X1440
Maybe someone has any Idea what I can do. I am a bit helpless right now.

Hi, I fixed the Problem with the missing entitys by installing the newest firmware on the Cameras and the NVA. But I still have no Live Stream.

Did you check the network settings on the NVR / Cameras. I found that after upgrading the firmware on my 510WAs the RTMP, RTSP, ONVIF settings were turned off.
OK Guys, I solved the Problem.
It was kind of wierd.
I realized thet all the settings I played with (rtmp/rtsp , main/sub/ext, h264/h265), had been reseted after rebooting my HA.
So I had a look in the config/.storage/core.config_entries file. I made the following Settings manually for each Camera chanel :
After changing, i saved an rebooted HA. And now I do have a Live Stream! Works great!

Unfortunately, rtmp/ext/h264 does not work for me. Still having only a "still image" on the dashboard, and when entering the camera I get this image:
BTW I have hassos on Raspberry PI 4
Hi jakub, please wait a few seconds or maybe one or up to three Minutes. sometimes it takes a second till the stream comes up.
