In general Reolink models in PTZ cameras use some of these types of protocols, Visca Serial, Visca over UDP, Visca over TCP, Pelco D or Pelco P? my interest is to manipulate my RLC-420-5MP camera through OBS using some of these protocols.

I have been wandering around a lot of places to find the ideal PTZ camera, what kind of cameras are compatible with this plug-in, I have been interested in this RLC-420-5MP.

Did 1 Google Search and came to the following results:

The low budget PTZ PoE IP camera does not support Visca over IP or any other protocols. The only way to manipulate the PTZ control is via their HTTP page.

BlueIRIS does it. Even allows you to recall presets.
