Basic features seam missing and I cant find how to fix them

Description

I installed the extension and dont get

• Code Completion
• Linting
• Debugging
• Hover
• Go-to-definition
• Signature Help
• Hover
• Formatting
• Document symbols
• Find References

Syntax Highliting is the only thing that seems to work. I have searched the web for this problem and cant find fixes. The Usage section of the Readme just says open a launch.json file and then start debugging, which doesnt work. I also do not now what the launch.json file is supposed to containt, but here is mine anyway.

I am using the extension version 0.2.32
