Could not find 'gradle' on PATH

Description

I installed the plugin, clicked OK to let it downloads the Java language server. Then the plugin throws the following error when it tries to start the server.

java.util.concurrent.CompletionException: org.javacs.kt.util.KotlinLSException: Could not find 'gradle' on PATH

I am on Macbook Air M1, macOS Ventura.

I have a React Native project, freshly created via react-native init version 0.71. It can be built via react-native run-android without errors.

My JAVA_HOME is pointing to /Applications/Android Studio.app/Contents/jbr/Contents/Home
