Add classic card games like - [ ] Skat - [ ] Doppelkopf - [ ] Poker (Texas Hold'em) ...
To speed up the compilation process and to modularize the codebase further create a separate module for the `output` classes, ideally with a more general name.
Swift 5.3 introduces native package manager and library support for resource handling, which D2 should adopt.
Would be cool to have an actual map there, though this is likely blocked on #166
