`ityfuzz` no more funds anything

In the past it worked, e.g. found bugs in samples at https://docs.ityfuzz.rs/tutorials/exp-known-working-hacks withing minutes. Now I switched to another laptop, and it finds nothing, absolutely nothing, even if left for hours.

Version: ityfuzz fb4e87a36ae3b4596fe74178004d1b51e4cfcad5["cmp,dataflow,evm,force_cache,full_trace,print_txn_corpus,real_balance, OS: Ubuntu 24.04 running under Windows 11/WSL

Texts like Vulnerability: Fund Loss; Time Take: 0h-0m-3s were actually never true: it was more like 3 minutes than seconds. Now it looks more like infinity.
