For environments that want to launch Oracle XE quickly need to pre-load `oradata` folder onto shared drive then copy it. This ticket is to document the process.

There is no connection possible, as already reported in issue https://github.com/martindsouza/docker-ords/issues/12 Could this be a problem with the docker network?
