Document how to pre-store oradata folder

For environments that want to launch Oracle XE quickly need to pre-load oradata folder onto shared drive then copy it. This ticket is to document the process.

Hi, I'm following the documented procedure to prepare the oradata folder but then when I start the container and try to log in, it fails with the message:

ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory
