Need to swap axes again (or not swap before) to restore mask correctly, and change version reqs for ttAugment
In this line in the main example notebook, you need to change to
transformation.restore_fragment(prediction_binary.swapaxes(1, 2))
so that the restored image correctly aligns with the original input - you can see in the current outputs that otherwise the axes for each image fragment are swapped.
Also, ttAugment now fails to install in colab due to requiring old versions of python, numpy etc - it seems that nothing breaks on removing these version requirements (including python version), and this allows it to work on colab again.
