[Perf Test] Latency and Throughput Metrics for SG CURD

Need to measure DB read/write latency as an explicit part of service latency.

@chenpiaoping After the SG host implementation, let us schedule some time to work on SG API perf test. Meanwhile, we will do E2E stress test as well.
