Issue Of scrolling in Android and IOS Mobile ,Tablet and Ipad Browsers On by default selection change

While selection it is getting scrolled automatically to next page in android and ios, ipad browser

how is it allowing to select multiple lines on mobile browser? For me it doesnt show selection handels at all on any mobile browsers
