Collection of licenses of installed packages

Feature to request license of the packages installed on the system. As Vuls is for vulnerability management, something that is also becoming prominent now is the license of the packages that are installed on a system.

Vuls can be used to collect information on the type of licenses for the packages installed on the system. Internally, this is the feature we are currently working on given our governance needs, would this be something foreseen as useful and acceptable for upstream? If yes, we can propose the PR (with test cases :D)
