Problems with Android 4.4.4

I don´t know if this is the right place for it but i need some support on android 4.4.4, i didn´t had any problems with android 7.1.1, but when i try using the plugin on the older version of the android it says "server doesn´t reply", can i get some support on it??

Tested with Android version more recent and no problem, perhaps you enter the wrong url?
