New software are linkable to tickets by default, despite settings
In "Settings / General / Assistance", GLPI has a setting "By default, a software may be linked to a ticket".
I have this set to "No", but it seems to not be honored by Fusioninventory: every new software (e.g. every new MS update) is set to Yes for "Associable to a ticket", even for those software where a dictionary rule specifically sets it to "No".
