Package cannot be deployed with MDM systems
Microsoft Intune: When I tried to deploy PKG via Intune it threw an error, but with Google Chrome everything worked fine. I have reported that to Microsoft support. Their answer is below, as they stated MD5 and package type are missing in macOS PKG. Please take a look at your current PKG compiling process.

Jamf: Installation failed. The installer reported: installer: Package name is FusionInventory-Agent installer: Installing at base path / installer: The install failed. (The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance. An error occurred while running scripts from the package “FusionInventory-Agent-2.6-2.pkg”.)
Do they have documentation about requirements?
I think the process is usual.
Here is Apple documentation regarding the manifests for custom PKGs: https://support.apple.com/ru-ru/guide/deployment/dep873c25ac4/web
Also, this (might) help you:

I have create a new package from scratch, will have a package to test in the end of this week, perhaps you can test it to say me if works ;)
@ddurieux sure I can test it for intune applicability
@ddurieux I just have updated issue description as I have been testing package deployment via Jamf and results are unfortunate. Is there any updated release?
Also, both modified and original PKGs appearing as .pkg.zip in Jamf Pro

Multiple tests has be made many days ago and not yet find to have worked pkg for intunes, I have rebuild the package, do it on the 3 possible formats, signed it... but not yet works
