Hi @glassworksvfx here you have TYPE set in the XML inventory. This means changing sysobject.ids file won't help. As no SERIAL is set, I understand it is not imported. The agent have to be upgraded or a mibsupport plugin can be developped for this device. But in that case, we need at least a snmpwalk output for such a dev.

snmpget returns

snmpget -v2c -c public 192.168.123.250 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0
SNMPv2-MIB::sysObjectID.0 = OID: SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.4526.100.8.4

Please do let me know if you require more information.

Hi @glassworksvfx I just took a quick look on your snmp walk. I even found a MIB for the Netgear WC7600. But I didn't find any serial number exposed via snmp. So here is the difficulty of such device which is not supporting reporting its S/N via snmp: we won't be able to link it by default in FusionInventory for GLPI when passing rules from the "Equipment import and link rules" section. A solution for you would be to enable these 2 rules: "NetworkEquipment update (by mac)" & "NetworkEquipment import (by mac)", but do it at your own risk as it is known to have some side effects with some assets if you have virtual mac I guess or as MAC can be modified on some devices. To be safer, you can duplicate these 2 rules and add a criteria like "MAC must start with a4:2b:8c" to restrict the rule to this Netgear mac addresses range.
