react-native-fusioncharts Tooltip is clipped when I see tooltip on edges of the chart

Expected Behaviour Tooltip should not be clipped when I see it on edges of the chart.

Actual behaviour My chart is displayed inside a container <View></View> have a fixed height and fixed width. Chart always displayed in the defined area. But when I trying to see tooltip from the edges of chart then they appear as clipped from left.

Device This problem exist in almost all android devices.

Possible Solution A way to always set the zIndex greater than all its parent containers and any other, that resolve this issue, otherwise as per my utility there is no point to display tooltip in chart.
