The word "chart" is announced twice when some charts announce "This is a {chartType} chart"

Some charts have the word "Chart" in their chartType names, such as "Multi-series 2D Single Y Combination Chart". This causes problems. After integrating the official Accessibility Extension provided by FusionCharts, the word "chart" was announced twice when announcing "This is a {chartType} chart" to the visually impaired people.
