PSA: Regrader is not maintained anymore

Hello all,

I will not be maintaining Regrader anymore, so I am going to archive this project.

I wrote Regrader when I was in college for a national programming contest. Since then, Regrader has been used in various universities, for their own programming clubs or contests. After graduating from college, I and several other contributors spent some time to maintain and add new features.

Now, I don't have time and interest to maintain this project anymore. I am now currently actively working on a more advanced programming contest system: https://github.com/ia-toki/judgels. So, I will be focusing my time and energy on that project instead.

Version 3.0.0 will be the last stable release. If anyone wants to implement new features, please just fork this project. The current master branch should be good for a base branch.
