iOS receivedMessage in local notifications not fired when app is launched from a notification

Asked for OS, but in the meantime, it was reproduced with an iPhone 5 with what i assume is the newest iOS.

Tested on iPhone 6 Plus / iOs 11.0.3, iPhone 7 / iOs 11.2.2, Nexus 5 / Android 6.0.1. Works on these devices and os versions.

Hey guys, tested on iPhone 5 with iOS 10.3.3 (latest for iPhone 5).

Unfortunately iOS 10 is still a big chunk of the market: https://developer.apple.com/support/app-store
