LocalNotifications problem in android 9

i get problem in local notification .I do not receive any notice from closed app state i use fuselibls 1.13.0 uno 1.12.3 android version 9

May I know what is your Android device?

I tried it in two device android huawei p20 android 9 and Samsung Galaxy A6 android 8

So the one that it doesn’t work is from Huawei device? If that that the case, it is well known problem, where Chinese phone manufacturers tend to aggressively kill the app and it service when an app has been swipe close on the app tray.
