Missing PList entry LSSupportsOpeningDocumentsInPlace

Reported in forum.

There is a iOS.PList.UIFileSharingEnabled build property but no one that leads to a LSSupportsOpeningDocumentsInPlace plist entry.

This additional one is needed for displaying files in the new iOS files app (see UIFileSharingEnabled).
