Build Windows installer on AppVeyor
Still awaiting how we update the assembly info (hence update-assembly-info.sh is empty)
Parts of pack.sh is currently copied into build-windows-installer.sh, however we could unify more of that code when we know what is needed for the mac installer on the new CI (the zipping shouldn't be needed anymore i think, and also i think it's fine to assume you've built the solution before building any of the installers)
