Not downloading my retweets according to ranges

I hope this is straight forward but basically I want to download all videos and gifs I retweeted from 05/17/2022 all the way to 11/08/2020 but when I open my files on the first run I can tell it has done it properly so let's say due to file limit I was able to download 300 videos from from 11/08/2020 all the way to 04/03/2021 and my expectation is okay so once I put 04/04/2021 to 05/17/2022 it will ONLY download content from the starting day to end date but it's not doing that and I'm not sure why..
