Video thumbnails download option

Twitter videos have a thumbnail image (ext_tw_video_thumb, with different image sizes available, like "orig"). It would be convenient to have an option to enable downloading of those video thumbnails, along with other media (with or without video itself). There are also other media types that have their "thumbnails", like website article embeds that have a preview picture (card_img).
