Updates case sensitivity issue

Thank you for the excellent lightweight method to check available updates.

I just observer the following issue in hosts/Available updates tab for RHEL9.6

Installed vs Available lshw-B.02.20-1.el9-x86_64 - lshw-b.02.20-1.el9-x86_64

Executing rpm -qa | grep lshw results to the following response lshw-B.02.20-1.el9.x86_64

Maybe a case sensitive issue on code?

I believe we lowercase package names because the packages can be upper or lower cased depending on the distro.

Does this cause an issue?

Yes, I have the following update available, but it is the same package so nothing really to update
