Repositories where all Mirrors are failing

I've added some Oracle Linux 8 hosts to a newly deployed patchman server, followed the installation process for Ubuntu systems. The file is being downloaded from the repository and it seems the server hangs on processing the data. CPU and RAM usage spike and the webinterface becomes unresponsive. I've checked the mirrors and each is reachable from the patchman server itself. Couldn't find anything related in previous issues here. Debug mode is not enabled.

Ubuntu repositories are processed fine - no issues.

Any guidance? Can't event find a log file which would indicate whats happening.
