[Feature request] Smoothly animated secondHand

Currently secondHand (seconds hand) ticks on every second - it would be nice to see option to make it's transition smooth and seamless.

Hi @emvaized , Sorry for responding late. I no longer develop mobile apps and don't have a bandwidth as you can understand how late I could respond. I totally agree with your suggestion, this would look very cool but unfortunately I can barely maintain this project. I labeled this issue as help wanted and will leave it open. Hopefully someone will contribute for this. Thank you for the feedback.

I'm keen to make some improvements and add this and other features (such as custom font support). How would you like me to continue - take a copy and rebrand the package? Do you want to transfer ownership?

Hi @gslender, Thank you for asking. I am okay with forking this project. Since this is the main dependency of another project of mine, I would rather not to transfer at the moment. If you want to help people who already use this package, I can add you as a collaborator to this project if you want?

I'll fork it and re-package on PubDev under a slight different name. When I've done that, and added new features, maybe you can add a note to the other package (and I'll reference your work etc) - how does that sound??
