upgrade function & variable according flutter version 3.13.4

  • changes according to Flutter version 3.13.4
  • change the variable name to camel case (like initialDateTime)
  • change the parameter of datetime to dateTime in the main code
  • testing on Flutter version 3.13.4 according to working with null safety

hey @furkantektas there are basic changes and upgrade packages
