Make clicks work on draggable objects on Android

Building on Creosteanu's scope fix. I just added a 300ms check. Any clicks less than that will cause a click to be triggered.

Works great on Android where I was unable to get clicks before due to the slightest movement starting a drag. Not sure about other mobile browsers.
