Improve adding new items to metadata

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I waste a lot of time trying to add a tag that doesn't exist and then having to retype it from the add new tag button

Describe the solution you'd like I think it would be better if the program simply auto-added a new tag if you try to type in one that doesn't exist
