Ability to focus on particular item

As somebody who uses this across a conference call and screen-sharing, it can be difficult to know which item somebody is talking about or to focus on it, especially if there are many items on the board.

It would be nice to be able to click on the item itself, or on some icon (e.g. an eye) to bring the retro item to focus, in the centre of the screen and enlarged.
