Refresh with LibDBIcon/LibDataBroker misaligns icon radius

Describe the problem

When using LibDBIcon with LibDataBroker, using the :Refresh() or something that triggers a refresh such as :Show() causes the default radius of the icon to become smaller on the minimap, misaligning it with other icons. It's a minor visual issue, but since "Sexy"Map says what it is right in the name, it's a visual issue nonetheless.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install SexyMap along with an addon such as NW Player Notes or Minimal Archaeology
2. Open settings and choose to hide minimap icon on these addons.
3. Open settings again and choose to show them. Note the Radius difference.
