Minimap Buttons Moving when Right Clicked

Describe the problem

I have a couple minimap buttons that will move to the same position when right clicked and refuse to stay where they should be. A reload will put them back to where I have them locked until they are right clicked again.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Right Click of the of the above listed minimap buttons
2. Watch button move
3. /reload to get them back where they are supposed to stay locked.
