Button icons/border color

Not a problem, but a few button questions.

1. Is there a way to change the icons used for buttons (e.g. the binoculars for tracking, the stylized calendar date)?
2. Is there a way to change the color of the button borders? They are bright yellow/gold on mine which doesn't go with many of the presets.
3. The + and - signs in the Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons are not centered. Is there any way to adjust them?
