I just noticed this today, came here, read this, and tried the scrolling. Scrolling with the mouse does not make the menu move. Also, there's no way to test the sound selections.

I can confirm that the mousewheel does not work for scrolling the list of sounds. I had only enabled BugGrabber, BugSack and WeakAuras (to make the sound list big) for testing.

I see this report is from 2018 and the one I opened recently got closed for duplicate - is there a fix we can look forward to? Should be 5 minute work as the "font size" list is scrolling properly, so the sound list is not coded right. Thanks
