Hi all! I wrote [very simple i18n plugin for mdbook](https://github.com/funkill/mdbook-i18n). This plugin has some limitations, e.g. it don't support cross links between translations but in future i want add that....

@cramertj Can we include translations to this repository and build all books with i18n render?

В ближайшие дни, как время будет, ещё буду смотреть. Предварительно проблема в imagemagick: я пробовал на imagemagick 7, а в ubuntu в репах сейчас только imagemagick 6 и бинарных пакетов...

imagemagick заработал c ubuntu 16.04 (xenial), вместо стандартного (ubuntu 14.04 trusty). Транслитерация (опция `transliterated_header_ids`) похоже сломана в самом jekyll. Дублирование ID (`* 6421:30: ERROR: ID введение already defined (line 6421)`)...
