For now, it dependes on what sort of third-party library could we use. For example "react-native-image-crop-picker" is a powerful library (native) that supports just crop and rotate features. And this one "react-native-photo-manipulator" supports so many manipulation features.

The "react-native-photo-manipulator" is a brand new library, could you please check it out first?
