Using FastImage component for IOS platform

In some features like Story highlight and single-image-viewer we used the Image component instead of FastImage for the IOS platform, we need to configure the IOS platform to support the FastImage component

I have tried to use some plugins to solve this issue, but did not work and needs more configuration on IOS code base, I believe we have to wait until FastImage support it
