Improve single-image-viewer gestures

We need to improve some gesture action in this feature

1. Scale down the image while pulling it down for closing (like the below screenshot)

2. Prevent scroll while pulling up the info sheet

3. Hide/show the bottom bar and header when tapping (single tap) on the image
