Upgrade React-native package

We need to upgrade react-native package to 0.69

There is an incompatibility between react-native-reanimated 2.8.0 and react-native 0.69.0 till now.

There is another incompatibility between Expo 45.0.0 and react-native 0.69.0, The Expo team is working to support RN 0.69.0 based on this PR. So we need to wait till the expo update.

@keithluchtel Regarding monorepo approach can we downgrade the box app to RN 0.68.2 or do you prefer we wait until the expo update to merge the apps in a monorepo?

@ghorbani-m we can look at downgrading the other apps. I'd suggest getting fotos to at least 68.2 and doing that upgrade first. If Expo isn't ready by then, I'll handle downgrading the monorepo.
