FUSE projector: fix awkward user_allow_other?

Awkward because it's not on by default, and the fact that I'm using it probably a hack

Works when run from systemd on user's computer. Work still needed:

  • How does it work when run as a subsystem from Docker container
  • How does it map with projecting to Samba share
