Missing New Group in 'Add to Favorite' and 'Properties'

add to New Group button

alternative way to right click on select a group to New group show menu in Add to Favorite image

also where is Select the Group in Properties image I want move to group.

who are looking for move to files or group. another method the cut to paste for move files and groups in tree view favorite through right click menu instead properties.
