Allow binding non alphanumeric keys

I want to use usles but handy F1 key without any modifiers to enable/disable glnk.

Why global hotkey is restricted to use it with modifier? It's way more convenient to just press one key for toggle drawing/cursor. btw ppink has disabled this restriction.
