more trader issues

some tradrs untoggle them self after server stop and restart so they have to be retoggled to traders .. is there a max number of traders u can have ? or could it be name related cuz olny 2 of 7 traders do this one being named dave and other loch .both have same prob. loch has a custom skin halo ver and dave has none
