[Feature Request] Allow to specify a default GRPC service

We have multiple GRPC services in one server and have a grpcui instance running in Kubernetes. One of the GRPC services is used frequently and the others not as often, it would be great if we could specify a default GRPC service name which would set the "Service name" dropdown to that whenever you open grpcui.
