that is strange - ref to client proj definitely does not belong - it was added 2 months ago - probably typo

I think we need a reference to client project from server project for the builds..Blazor WASM ships default projects that way, right?

I am talking about the dependencies of the server project. Isn't it included? I remember seeing it that way.
