Not Working in Windows

I tried it on windows,but it doesn't work.The window doesn't even show up!What's the reason?

I found invalid cookie (version == None) and it causes crash. ``` Set-Cookie3: mc="XXXXXX"; path="/"; domain=".quantserve.com"; path_spec; domain_dot; expires="2020-09-08 14:39:56Z"; HttpOnly=False; version=None ``` Currently, we have to remove cookie file.
